Powersafe_13Powersafe always ensures superior service and can confirm vast experience in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Town Centre CCTV systems having installed all Pembrokeshire Town Centre systems. Powersafe have worked with Pembrokeshire County Council for many years and have at times been responsible for every camera on the counties systems.  

Based in Havefordwest, Powersafe employs a total of 10 staff and a number of consultants. Staff levels are reviewed in line with the workload in place and this is assessed regularly. All employees are security screened complete with basic disclosure in compliance with BS 7858:2006. A number of Powersafe's employees are fluent in Welsh, so when dealing with welsh speaking clients or Welsh medium schools, office contact is made in Welsh.

All engineers are trained and experienced with the installation and maintenance of all Powersafe services. Engineers are continually assessed as part of the ongoing internal training programme with all aspects of the security industry. Extensive training includes Security & Surveillance, new technology, external training on all new products, safety training and Health and Safety. Tony Edwards Powersafe's consultant is a SITO (Security Industry Training Organisation) NVQ qualified trainer and assessor, a Certified Systems Integrator and qualified Port Facility Security Officer working with the Home Office, designing surveillance systems for the detection of terrorism. 

Powersafe operates 6 company vehicles incorporating a vehicle mounted access platform (cherry picker which is lift tested six monthly). Our engineers are trained and carry valid certificate cards by Construction Plant Register Limited for work platforms and CCNSG (site safety) cards. All necessary installation and service equipment is provided, asset/plant registered, maintained and tested / calibrated, all in accordance with Powersafe’s QMS and Health and Safety procedures. Powersafe engineers have been trained to carry out traffic management procedures when carrying out maintenance work on highways and trunk roads.
